The ideal candidate for this position will have a broad technical skillset and extensive experience in this industry.

Responsibilities

1. Assess the UiPath bot inventory (REFramework, queues, Orchestrator assets) and map each bot to a Power Automate equivalent

2. Re-engineer and migrate bots to Power Automate Desktop and cloud flows, with parity testing

3. Build Copilot Studio agents/copilots for AI-driven workflows (topics, plugins, connectors, generative answers)

4. Integrate with Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, SQL, and APIs using standard and custom connectors

5. Implement error handling, logging, retry logic, and monitoring (CoE Starter Kit, admin center)

6. Set up ALM: solutions, environments, and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub)

7. Write migration documentation, run UAT, and support cutover

8. Mentor junior developers and enforce best practices

Required skills

1.



6+ years in RPA development, with 3+ years of hands-on UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework)

2. 2+ years of Power Automate (cloud and desktop flows, attended and unattended)

3. Proven experience in at least one UiPath to Power Automate migration

4. Working knowledge of Copilot Studio and Power Platform AI features (AI Builder, Azure OpenAI)

5. Robust skills in Dataverse, Power Fx, REST APIs, JSON, and SQL

6. Solid understanding of RPA governance, security, and licensing models

Preferred

1. Microsoft PL-500 or PL-600 certification, UiPath Advanced Developer certification

2. Experience with Document Processing / AI Builder and Azure services

3. Agile delivery experience
