We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to drive product research, design, and development, transforming ideas into practical and market-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Analysis

- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand product requirements and specifications.
- Evaluate existing products and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Design & Development

- Develop product concepts, prototypes, and proof-of-concept models.
- Use SketchUp, AutoCAD, and other design tools to create product designs and models.
- Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility, functionality, and scalability.

Testing & Validation

- Conduct product testing to assess performance, reliability, and quality.
- Analyze feedback and test results to refine and improve designs.
- Coordinate with quality teams to establish testing procedures and standards.

Cross-functional Collaboration

- Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, marketing,



and other teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and technical discussions.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to relevant stakeholders.

Documentation & Reporting

- Prepare and maintain design specifications, technical documentation, and product reports.
- Create presentations to communicate design concepts and product developments.
- Ensure designs align with relevant quality standards and applicable regulations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Furniture Design.
- 3–4 years of experience in product research, design, and development, preferably in furniture, interiors, or a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in SketchUp and AutoCAD.
- Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar presentation and graphic design tools.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- A creative mindset with a passion for product innovation and design.
