Job Purpose

Deliver and support EOD/EOM/Batch-Processes, IT-Helpdesk, Process Optimization, Core Application support, Data Integrations, Inhouse Developments, Budgets, Team development.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Understand business logic from PMO team and convert it into technical specification

- Prepare technical design for enhancements/new projects and get it developed from team

- Design, build and launch current data extraction, transformation and loading processes.

- Provide support with resolution for all critical processes related to Lending & Collection Platform and Integration processes.

- Responsible for any technical issues and timely completion of activities related to End of Day/Begin of Day/Batch-Processes, data management, Integration.

- Building data integration modules between different systems.

- Responsible for building data expertise and own data quality.

- Preparing processes and best practices in day-to-day activities and get it implemented by team.

- Interact with business users and product managers to satisfy day-to-day data needs as well as to lead and build the overall delivery strategy.

- Provide timely guidance to team.

- Responsible for addressing all performance-related issues in various processes and taking them to closure through optimizations.

- Define and manage SLAs for all jobs, reports and schedule tasks.

- Work with Development team to identify issues and drive to resolution.

- Stakeholder/partner management for various processes, getting project deliveries and weekly/monthly reviews.

- Timely project deliveries.

- Ability to manage workloads by setting priorities,



planning, and monitoring progress, ensuring meeting deadlines and budgets.

Key Decisions / Dimensions

- Program, test and implement changes/new development and be responsible for production deployment of the same.

Major Challenges

- Understanding existing core functionalities and its features by engaging with cross functional teams.

- Interact with onsite coordinator/clients/IT admin for requirement gathering and effective analysis.

- Should have Automation approach.

Required Qualifications and ExperienceMandatory Technical Skills

- Good Knowledge of Oracle PL-SQL, PostgreSQL, MS-SQL, Azure Data Factory

- Should have Automation approach.

- Good Knowledge of Lending Domain

- Must have worked in Development and Support environment for 12 - 14 years

- Knowledge of Core Lending/collections Platform will be preferred.

- Should be able to evaluate product features and design, build and develop.

- Expertise in performance tuning and code optimization.

- Should have expertise in data management processes.

- Good communication skills and team handling capabilities.

- Should have skills of both:

1. a hand-on leader with problem solving abilities
2. a strategic thinker with the ability to turn ideas into deliverables

- Should be a good team player and leader.
