Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Cosmetologist Doctor with 10+ years of experience to oversee cosmetology operations across all Skinnsi retail clinics Pan India.

This is a leadership and operations management role responsible for managing the network of cosmetologists, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, monitoring business performance, and maintaining consistent service quality across retail locations.

The candidate will act as the central point of contact for cosmetologists across India, addressing clinical and operational challenges, resolving escalations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the skin business. Travel to retail clinics across India will be required as per business needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pan India Cosmetology Team Management

- Lead and oversee cosmetologists deployed across all Skinnsi retail clinics Pan India.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, attendance, and adherence to operational standards.
- Provide clinical guidance and support to cosmetologists whenever required.
- Identify training needs and coordinate knowledge-sharing and capability-building initiatives.
- Ensure consistent treatment standards and customer experience across all locations.

1. Retail Business & Operations Management

- Oversee the overall functioning of the skin business across retail clinics.
- Monitor clinic-level performance, service delivery, treatment utilization, and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with retail operations and business teams to achieve business objectives.




- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective action plans to improve performance.
- Ensure smooth coordination between cosmetologists, clinic teams, and central functions.

1. Skin Days & Business Performance Monitoring

- Monitor the planning, execution, and performance of Skin Days and skin-related business activities across retail clinics.
- Ensure adequate staffing, operational readiness, and adherence to planned activities.
- Track performance and identify issues affecting customer experience, revenue, or service delivery.
- Review outcomes and recommend improvements to increase business effectiveness.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of skin-related campaigns and activities.

1. Clinical Governance & Quality Assurance

- Ensure adherence to approved clinical protocols, standard operating procedures, and treatment guidelines.
- Monitor compliance with hygiene, infection control, patient safety, and documentation standards.
- Address clinical escalations, treatment-related concerns, and operational issues raised by cosmetologists.
- Coordinate investigations and corrective actions for customer complaints or clinical incidents.
- Ensure consistent implementation of updated protocols and best practices across all clinics.

1. Stakeholder Management & Reporting

- Collaborate with Retail Operations, Business, Training, Customer Experience, and other relevant teams.
- Review clinic-level and team-level performance reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare regular updates on team performance, operational challenges, clinical quality, and business outcomes.
- Escalate critical issues to leadership and drive timely resolution.
- Support new clinic launches, process improvements, and expansion initiatives as required.

1. Travel & Multi-Location Oversight

- Travel to Skinnsi retail clinics across India as per business requirements.




- Conduct clinic visits to assess operational performance, team effectiveness, and adherence to clinical protocols.
- Work closely with local teams to resolve operational challenges and implement improvement plans.
- Support training, audits, process implementation, and business reviews across locations.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant medical qualification in MBBS, dermatology, or another appropriately recognized medical qualification aligned with the scope of responsibility.
- 10+ years of experience in cosmetology, aesthetic medicine, dermatology, or related clinical operations.
- Prior experience managing multiple clinics, a regional or national cosmetology team, or a multi-location aesthetic business will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of treatments such as HydraFacial, Laser Hair Reduction, PRP, Botox, blood collection, and cautery.
- Experience in clinical quality management, SOP implementation, team development, and issue resolution.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and oversee business operations across multiple locations.
- Willingness to travel across India as required.
