Senior Civil Site Engineer (BE/BTech) – 8+ Years Experience

Steel Manufacturing Company – Expansion Project

- Supervise civil construction works including heavy RCC equipment foundations, pedestals, gallery and conveyor foundations, industrial buildings, roads, drains, and underground utilities
- Execute works as per approved GFC drawings, specifications, IS codes, and construction methodologies
- Coordinate with mechanical, structural, electrical, and instrumentation teams to support heavy structure and gallery erections
- Ensure strict adherence to HSE requirements, permit-to-work systems, excavation safety, work-at-height controls, and toolbox talks




- Manage civil works in Greenfield and Brownfield areas, including shutdown activities near running steel plant operations
- Monitor daily progress, manpower productivity, concrete quantities, and material utilization
- Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR) highlighting progress, constraints, delays, and safety observations
- Conduct inspections for reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, curing, and readiness for mechanical erection
- Verify measurements, contractor RA bills, and work completion reports
- Maintain civil documentation, test records, as-built drawings, and support project handover and commissioning readiness
