Role Description The Senior Brand Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode. This role involves leading brand design projects from concept to execution, including developing visual identities, designing brand systems, and ensuring cohesive brand experiences across all digital and print touchpoints.

Designer will collaborate closely with strategy, marketing, content, and production teams to translate brand positioning into impactful visual narratives and campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating design assets, overseeing brand guidelines,



mentoring junior designers, presenting concepts to internal stakeholders and clients, and ensuring all deliverables align with project timelines and quality standards. The role also requires staying current with design trends and tools, contributing to creative ideation sessions, and supporting the agency’s overall brand excellence.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Brand Identity and Branding, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end brand systems and guidelines.
- Advanced skills in Brand Design and Visual Design, including the ability to create cohesive, memorable, and scalable visual languages.
- Proficiency in Graphic Design for both digital and print, using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma or similar).
- Solid conceptual thinking, storytelling abilities, and experience translating strategy into visual solutions for diverse industries.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in brand or creative agencies, with experience in leading projects and mentoring design teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders and clients.
- Attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
