We are seeking a motivated and skilled Senior Associate with a strong background in Salesforce development to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions that drive business efficiency and enhance user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, perform system configurations, and support ongoing maintenance and enhancements to the Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop custom applications and features within Salesforce to support business processes.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Perform regular system maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance of the Salesforce platform.
- Implement best practices for Salesforce development, including documentation and version control.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure quality standards are met.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recent features to leverage in existing projects.
Skills and Tools Required
- Proficient in Salesforce development including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model and database concepts.
- Familiarity with Salesforce customization tools such as Process Builder and Flow.
- Ability to work with Salesforce APIs for integration with other systems.
- Experience in implementing and supporting Salesforce applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
