Requirement The Senior Finance Associate will be responsible for managing financial operations related to airline ticketing, IATA BSP (Billing and Settlement Plan), and travel agency accounting. The role includes reconciliation, reporting, compliance, and financial analysis to ensure accurate and efficient financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process and reconcile IATA BSP settlements, ensuring accuracy in payments and receipts.
- Verify BSP billing reports and resolve discrepancies with airlines and IATA.
- Handle ADM (Agency Debit Memo) & ACM (Agency Credit Memo) disputes and settlements.
- Ensure accurate reporting of airline sales, refunds, and commissions.
- Oversee accounts payable & receivable related to airline partners, suppliers, and clients.
- Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations in the accounting system.
- Assist in monthly and annual financial closing processes.
- Maintain compliance with financial policies, industry regulations, and IATA guidelines.
- Monitor daily cash flow, BSP payments, and fund allocations.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing reports and documentation.




- Maintain financial records in accordance with company policies and industry best practices.
- Generate financial reports, including BSP reconciliation statements, revenue analysis, and variance reports.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Education: Bachelors or Masters in commerce
- Experience: Minimum 5–10 years of finance/accounting experience in the travel industry.
- IATA BSP Expertise: Strong knowledge of BSP processes, ticketing, and airline reconciliation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software BSPLink.
- Analytical Ability: Solid numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with IATA regulations, ADM/ACM processes, and industry financial standards.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and ability to handle complex reconciliations.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in a travel agency, airline, or NDC company.
- Familiarity with financial reporting and regulatory compliance in the travel sector.
