Role Summary:
Expand "Art for Akanksha" to government schools and external partners through curriculum design, teacher development, and system building to foster student creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnerships: Align goals with government partners and external organizations.
Coaching: Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback to art teachers.
Training: Guide lesson planning (Grades K-10) and facilitate workshops.
Operations: Manage training calendars, logistics, and program documentation.
Curriculum: Contribute to the review and curation of art education materials.
Impact: Use surveys and data analysis to monitor and evaluate program success.
Engagement: Organize murals, competitions, and student collaborations.
Languages: Oral and written fluency in Marathi, English, and Hindi (Non-negotiable).
Tech: Proficient in Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Traits: Strong planning, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
Location: Pune (Travel required).
