- Contribute and participate at least 1 SIP per quarter by providing timely inputs, suggestions and execution

Timely response on mail/phone calls towards All queries/task of supervisor/end users.
- Time management (reporting on time, minimum breaks and closing all given task on timely basis)
- Ensure 100% Compliance to - Microland and Customer Policy, Procedure and Practices.

Zero breach/violation of information security, Harassment and Policy (Microland and Customer).

Incident immediately if any gaps is identified.

Zero NC identified on deliverable during process and transaction audits.
- Achieve SLAs / KPIs as per the program goals and objectives - All green status
- Ensure proper hand over and updates are provided enabling effective service delivery.
- Ensure 100% Asset database update-All the transaction for a particular asset must be update in master database at any point of time accurately.

Tracking-Track all the in-use and spare assets across PAN India and ensuring necessary stock is available at any point of time.

Allocation-Allocate the assets through appropriate request within the defined timeline.

Update
All files/Folders on real time basis(Asst tool, PO tracer, Rental tracker, Resigned-transfer, AIU,Asset movement,Disposal,software etc.
- Process AIU, Vendors management tickets on top priority.

Rerun
Rental assets to vendor on real time basis to avoid any cost related issue.
