Job Summary

SPH Group is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage accounting operations, financial records, taxation, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have robust accounting knowledge and experience in handling day-to-day financial activities, preferably in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.

· Prepare and review balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.

· Handle GST, TDS, TCS, income tax, and other statutory compliances.

· Manage bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and journal entries.

· Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payment tracking.

· Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial transactions.

· Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, bills, and supporting documents.

· Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and tax consultants.





· Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards.

· Prepare MIS reports and assist management with financial analysis.

· Manage accounting software such as Tally Prime and MS Excel.

· Ensure timely closure of monthly and annual accounts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com or CA Inter will be an added advantage.

· 3–7 years of relevant accounting experience.

· Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.

· Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.

· Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to manage accounts independently and meet deadlines.

· Experience in the real estate or construction industry will be preferred.
