- Ensure optimal use of resources and adherence to production timelines.

6. Compliance with Standards and Regulations:

- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations related to quality, safety, and environmental impact.

- Prepare documentation and reports for internal audits and external regulatory inspections.

7. Process Optimization:

- Identify opportunities for improving the enameling process in terms of speed, efficiency, and quality.

- Implement process improvements, such as reducing waste, enhancing the coating process, and optimizing energy consumption.

8. Collaboration with Other Departments:

- Collaborate with the R&D; department for developing new wire coatings and improving existing ones.

- Work with the production and logistics teams to ensure the timely availability of materials and completion of orders.
