We are looking for an SEO Executive with knowledge of traditional SEO and AI-driven search optimization to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in keyword research, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, technical SEO, competitor analysis, and performance reporting, along with an understanding of AI SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and Large Language Model (LLM) search optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitor analysis to identify relevant SEO opportunities.
- Implement on-page SEO, including meta titles, meta descriptions, heading tags, URL optimization, internal linking, and image optimization.
- Execute off-page SEO strategies, including quality link building, guest posting, outreach, and backlink management.
- Conduct technical SEO audits to identify crawlability, indexing, broken links, website structure, and page-speed issues.
- Create and optimize SEO-friendly website content, landing pages, and blogs based on target keywords and search intent.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, impressions, clicks, CTR, and other SEO performance metrics.




- Work with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, or Screaming Frog.
- Implement Local SEO activities, including Google Business Profile optimization, local keyword targeting, and local citation building.
- Understand and implement AI SEO strategies to improve website visibility across AI-powered search experiences.
- Explore Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and LLM SEO to improve content visibility in AI-generated answers and search results.
- Use AI tools to support keyword research, content ideation, SEO analysis, content briefs, and workflow efficiency while maintaining content quality and accuracy.
- Conduct regular SEO audits, analyze performance trends, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Prepare monthly SEO reports highlighting completed activities, performance, achievements, and next steps.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, AI search developments, SEO best practices, and industry trends.
- Coordinate with content writers, social media executives, web developers, and other digital marketing teams.
- Manage multiple client projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.

Skills and Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO, off-page SEO, keyword research, and competitor analysis.




- Basic knowledge of technical SEO, website audits, crawling, indexing, and Core Web Vitals.
- Understanding of backlink building, guest posting, outreach, and link quality assessment.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and SEO research tools.
- Knowledge of Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of AI SEO, AEO, GEO, and LLM SEO concepts.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms for SEO research and content optimization.
- Ability to analyze SEO data, identify ranking opportunities, and prepare performance reports.
- Good written communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Willingness to learn new SEO techniques and adapt to evolving search technologies.
