Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for planning and executing SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, traffic, and conversions for client websites and digital products. Day-to-day tasks include conducting technical and on-page SEO audits, performing keyword research, optimizing site structure and content, and managing link-building initiatives.

The consultant will analyze performance using web analytics tools, prepare regular reports, and recommend data-driven improvements.



Collaboration with content, design, and development teams is expected to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital projects.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform comprehensive SEO Audits and implement technical and on-page SEO recommendations.
- Strong Keyword Research skills, including identifying search intent, opportunity sizing, and mapping keywords to content.
- Proficiency in Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to monitor performance and generate insights.
- Experience with Link Building strategies, outreach, and maintaining a healthy backlink profile.
- Solid understanding of Marketing principles, especially digital marketing, content strategy, and conversion optimization.
- Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog) and basic HTML/CSS for on-page optimization.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in an agency or product-based environment and exposure to e-commerce or SaaS projects is an advantage.
