Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium and Python to validate AI and machine-learning features.
2. Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and coverage for AI functionalities.
3. Create and execute comprehensive test plans, including functional, regression, performance, and integration tests for GenAI components.
4. Analyze test results, identify root causes of defects, and work closely with development teams to drive timely resolutions.
5. Continuously enhance test automation processes, tools, and best practices to improve efficiency and reliability.
6. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated tests and ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality releases.
7. Monitor and report on test metrics, quality trends, and potential risks to stakeholders.
8. Participate in code reviews, pair programming,



and knowledge-sharing sessions to foster a culture of quality across the Engineering department.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 1–3 years of professional experience in software testing or QA automation.
3. Proficiency in Python for test automation scripting and framework development.
4. Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and related automation tools.
5. Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, test design, and defect management.
6. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and experience testing AI-based applications or APIs.
7. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
8. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Nice to Have:

1. Exposure to Generative AI (GenAI) frameworks such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar.
2. Experience with test automation for RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
3. Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
4. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their AI/ML services.
5. ISTQB or equivalent software testing certification.
6. Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Locust) and security testing practices.
7. Background in data engineering, data pipelines, or MLOps workflows.
