Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with a strong background in SCRUM methodologies and extensive experience in managing multiple teams within the Commercial Lines Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading agile project teams, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and fostering a cooperative environment that promotes continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate SCRUM ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Manage multiple project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks proactively.
- Implement best practices in agile project management and SCRUM methodologies.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members on agile principles and practices.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams and departments.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
Mandatory Skills:
- Proven experience as a SCRUM Master with a strong understanding of SCRUM methodologies.
- Extensive knowledge of Commercial Lines P&C; Insurance processes and practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification as a SCRUM Master (CSM or equivalent).
- Experience with other agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Lean).

Qualifications:
