AI Agent Builder is Looking for:

We're hiring an SDE2 for an enterprise project building agentic workflows. You'll own a module end to end as a major IC — designing, building, and shipping it — while working closely with the SDE3 who leads the project. You'll also talk to the client directly, joining demos and architecture discussions.

Experience: 2–3 years

- Location: Bengaluru

Responsibilities-

- Own and lead a module end to end — design, build, test, and ship.

- Work as a major IC, writing production code for agent workflows and backend systems.

- Work closely with the SDE3 on requirements, design and priorities.

- Join client conversations — give demos, take part in architecture discussions and

clarify requirements.

- Communicate clearly and proactively — share progress, risks, and blockers without

being chased for updates.

- Deliver your module on time and take ownership when things go wrong.

- Bring product thinking to your module: understand what the user needs, not just the

ticket.

Skills-

Must have-

- Strong Python, with hands-on experience in frameworks like FastAPI and Django

- Databases — SQL and NoSQL,



schema design, query optimisation

- Caching — Redis or similar

- System design — APIs, queues, scalability, failure handling

- Agent loops — tool calling, state, retries, stopping conditions

- Agent architecture — single vs multi-agent, orchestration, memory, human-in-the-loop

- LLM engineering — prompting, RAG, structured outputs, evals

- Solid communication — can explain work clearly to the client and the team

- Ownership — drives a module to completion with little supervision

- SDE2 – (Enterprise Engagement)

- Product thinking

Good to have-

- Agent frameworks (LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK, OpenAI Agents SDK)

- Cloud deployment (Azure, AWS, or GCP), Docker, CI/CD
