We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong understanding of online and land-based slot game development. The ideal candidate will manage porting, game development, localisation, and end-to-end delivery of slot gaming products. This role requires excellent communication, stakeholder management, team leadership, technical understanding, and hands-on experience with agile practices such as Scrum.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in gaming, slot development, or casino technology.

- Strong knowledge of slot game development lifecycle (concept → math → build → QA → certification → deployment).

- Expert in JIRA, Scrum, Agile methodologies, and other PM tools.

- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).

- Proven experience managing internal & external stakeholders.

- Strong technical understanding of game engines, integration systems, or gaming middleware.

- Experience managing localisation pipelines across multiple markets.

- Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in setting KRAs and performance metrics.

- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Remote Gaming Servers (RGS) or cabinets for land-based systems.

- Certification knowledge (GLI, BMM, etc.).

- Experience working with distributed or multicultural teams.

- PMP / CSM / Agile certification is a plus.

Project Management & Delivery

- Lead and manage end-to-end slot game projects including development, porting, certification, deployment, and localisation.

- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, sprint schedules, and delivery milestones.

- Ensure high-quality project execution while meeting business objectives, timelines, and budget.

- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and issues; create and execute mitigation plans.





Stakeholder Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners/operators.

- Facilitate regular communication, status reporting, and project reviews with stakeholders.

- Manage expectations and ensure timely escalation of critical concerns.

Team Leadership & People Management

- Lead cross-functional teams including developers, artists, QA, designers, mathematicians, and localisation teams.

- Mentor, guide, and support team members to maintain a collaborative working environment.

- Define KRAs (Key Result Areas) and performance goals for team members.

- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Operational & Process Excellence

- Drive and enforce Scrum and Agile best practices across teams.

- Manage tasks and workflows effectively using JIRA and related tools.

- Optimise processes to improve productivity, delivery speed, and quality.

- Coordinate with compliance and certification teams for regulatory approvals.

Financial & Account Management

- Manage billing, invoicing, and account operations for ongoing gaming projects.

- Track project budgets, vendor costs, and resource allocation.

- Support finance teams in forecasting and project profitability analysis.

Technical & Domain Expertise

- Possess strong understanding of slot game mechanics, RTP, math models, game assets, and platform constraints.

- Understand both land-based and online gaming ecosystems, hardware/software limitations, and regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure feasibility and quality of game features.

Relationship & People Skills

- Build robust relationships across development, operations, design, QA, and customer teams.

- Navigate complex situations with diplomacy and professionalism.

- Promote a positive, motivated, and high-performance team culture.
