Key Responsibilities

- Maintain detailed records of experiments and results, ensuring all documentation is thorough and complies with regulatory standards.
- Present research findings to internal teams and at external conferences to communicate project progress and results.
- Stay current with relevant literature and emerging trends in medicinal chemistry to apply innovative approaches to drug design.
Qualifications
- Msc in Orgnic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, or a related field with a strong emphasis on synthetic organic chemistry.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or academia with a focus on medicinal chemistry and small molecule drug development.
- Proficient in modern synthetic techniques and analytical methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences.
