Role Description The SAP Validation (Pharma) role is a full time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The selected candidate will validate SAP processes and configurations specific to pharmaceutical operations, ensuring that business processes are accurately mapped and compliant with industry standards and internal policies. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing and testing SAP transactions and workflows, supporting master data setup and maintenance, documenting validation protocols and results, and collaborating with functional and technical teams to resolve issues.

The role involves consulting with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translating them into SAP solutions, and providing analytical insights to improve process efficiency and data integrity. The candidate will also assist with user training, support audits and regulatory reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement of SAP usage within the organization.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of Business Process design and optimization, especially within pharmaceutical or related regulated industries.
- Proven Analytical Skills for interpreting data,



troubleshooting system issues, and validating SAP process outcomes.
- Experience in Consulting or stakeholder-facing roles, including gathering requirements and advising on SAP-related solutions.
- Hands-on experience with SAP FICO, including configuration, testing, and validation of financial and controlling modules.
- Knowledge of Master Data management in SAP, including creation, maintenance, governance, and data quality controls.
- Familiarity with validation methodologies, GxP or pharma regulatory requirements, and documentation best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications in SAP are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to ethical practices and quality in pharmaceutical operations.
