Requirements
- 10+ years of overall HR Technology / SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM), Onboarding (ONB), and Recruiting Marketing (RMK).
- Proven experience leading multiple end-to-end global implementation and transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition, recruitment lifecycle, onboarding processes, and candidate experience management.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations, APIs, middleware platforms, and data migration activities.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience.
- Experience in solution architecture, project governance, risk management, and delivery leadership.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors best practices, release management, and system optimization.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications in RCM, ONB, and/or RMK preferred.
- Experience working in global, matrixed, and multi-vendor environments.
- Ability to manage budgets, resources, project plans, and executive-level stakeholder communications.
Responsibilities
- Lead solution design and architecture for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM), Onboarding (ONB), and Recruiting Marketing (RMK) modules.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions aligned with best practices.
- Drive end-to-end implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Provide technical and functional expertise across recruitment and onboarding transformation initiatives.
- Design and manage integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and third-party applications, HR systems, ERP platforms, and external vendors.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and cross-functional teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Ensure system performance, scalability, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Create and maintain solution architecture documents, configuration workbooks, process flows, and technical documentation.
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to project teams, HR users, and business stakeholders.
- Lead issue resolution, root-cause analysis, and continuous system enhancements.
- Drive adoption of new SAP SuccessFactors features, tools, and innovations.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and overall project health.
- Present solution recommendations and progress updates to senior leadership and business stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to implementation methodologies, governance frameworks, and quality standards.
- Support global HR transformation and digital talent acquisition initiatives.
