We at Runwal Realty are looking for an experienced AGM/Senior Manager - SAP MM & SD to spearhead end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support initiatives across multiple business verticals. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise in SAP(MM) and (SD), along with proven project management capabilities to lead complex SAP transformation programs.

This role requires robust leadership in driving business process optimization, system integration, governance, and digital transformation initiatives, preferably within the Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure sectors. The incumbent will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners to deliver scalable SAP solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects across business units.
- Lead SAP functional and technical teams to design and deliver business solutions.
- Drive end-to-end delivery across SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI/CO, PP, and integrated business processes.
- Prepare project plans, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management frameworks.
- Manage customer sales lifecycle processes including booking, allotment, invoicing, and cancellations.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, vendors, consultants, and senior leadership teams.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement within SAP.
- Oversee incident management, change requests, problem resolution, and system enhancements.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live planning, cutover activities, and post-go-live support.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, audit requirements, and SAP governance standards.
- Implement SAP best practices to improve business efficiency and operational performance.




- Mentor team members, conduct performance reviews, and ensure delivery excellence.
- Ensure adherence to IT General Controls (ITGC), including User Access Management, Segregation of Duties (SoD), Change Management, and Audit Trail monitoring.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors for ITGC audits, SOX compliance, control testing, and remediation activities.

Required Skills:

- Strong expertise in SAP modules such as FICO, MM, SD, PP, and related business processes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP implementation methodologies such as ASAP and SAP Activate.
- Strong project management, planning, budgeting, and execution capabilities.
- Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional team leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
- Sound understanding of IT General Controls (ITGC), including Segregation of Duties (SoD), User Access Governance, Change & Release Management, Incident Management, Compliance Monitoring, and Audit Readiness.
- Experience in SAP governance, risk management, compliance (GRC), and regulatory frameworks such as SOX.
- Ability to drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and digital transformation projects.

Experience:

- 8-15 years of overall SAP experience
- Minimum 3+ years of Project Management experience
- Experience in SAP implementation, rollouts, upgrades, and support projects
- Prior experience in Real Estate business processes preferred

Education:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) preferred
- MBA (IT / Operations) will be an added advantage
- Any graduate with relevant SAP experience may also be considered

Certifications:

- SAP Certification in MM, SD, or related modules preferred
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, or support projects will be an added advantage
