SAP Manager – S/4HANA Greenfield

Role Summary

Manage and coordinate end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation across all modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, BASIS, ABAP). Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, implementation partners, and internal IT teams to ensure timely delivery within approved scope, budget, and quality.

1. Manage SAP S/4HANA Greenfield project lifecycle from blueprint to go-live and hypercare.
2. Coordinate across functional, technical, and BASIS teams to ensure cross-module integration.
3. Define project plan, milestones, dependencies, and track progress against timelines.
4. Control scope, change requests, risks, and issues with structured governance.
5. Drive business process standardization across finance, procurement, sales, manufacturing, and warehousing.
6. Oversee RICEFW planning, development tracking, and quality sign-offs.
7. Coordinate UAT, cutover activities, data migration validation, and go-live readiness.
8. Ensure statutory and compliance readiness (GST, e-Invoicing, audit requirements).
9. Track vendor performance, deliverables, and resource utilization.

Provide regular project status updates to management and steering committee.
