Key Skills: SAP HR, Payroll, HANA, Implementation

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Configure, support, and enhance SAP HCM and SAP HR processes in line with business requirements.
- Manage SAP Payroll processes, including payroll execution, issue analysis, and statutory or business rule support.
- Analyze production incidents, identify root causes, and deliver timely functional resolutions.
- Work with technical teams on integrations, data validation, testing, and transport coordination.
- Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, user documentation, and support business users during releases.

Skills Required:

- 5 to 7 years of relevant SAP HCM consulting experience.




- Robust hands-on experience with SAP HR and SAP HCM functional processes.
- Practical expertise in SAP Payroll configuration and payroll cycle support.
- Experience working with SAP HANA environments and HANA-related data or reporting requirements.
- Ability to analyze defects, support testing, and coordinate SAP changes through delivery environments.

Good to Have:
- Experience participating in SAP HCM implementation projects.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
