- Establish lean teams for organization.

- Train and guide members working on lean processes.

- Direct and implement project administration and management.

- Conduct cost and benefit analysis, schedule and allocate resources.

- Direct materials department to ensure inventory and production control.

- Supply produced and purchased on time as suitable for lean manufacturing.

- Establish and conduct progress reviews once in month.

- Ensure constant application of company procedures and policies.

- Execute tracking action plans, analyse programmes, and oversee progress.

- Investigate client complaints related to quality.
