You are Responsible for
Conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with QHSE standards.
Developing and delivering training programs for staff on health, safety, and environmental practices.
Analyzing incidents and near-misses to develop strategies for prevention and improvement.
Preparing reports on QHSE performance and presenting findings to management for review.
To succeed in this role – you should have the following:
A degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Relevant certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or OHSAS 18001.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to assess risks and implement effective solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
