Position: Salon Manager
Location: Chavakkad / Guruvayur, Kerala
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily salon operations and staff performance.
- Drive sales, achieve business targets, and increase revenue.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- Handle appointments, customer relationships, and complaints.
- Monitor salon hygiene, service quality, and team discipline.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the salon team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in salon or beauty industry management preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Good sales, marketing, and team management abilities.
- Target-oriented, responsible, and passionate about the beauty industry.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
