Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Salesforce project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, solution architects, and delivery teams to define project objectives and success criteria.
- Manage project planning,



resource allocation, timelines, risks, dependencies, and budgets across multiple Salesforce initiatives.
- Drive implementation and enhancement projects across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related platforms.
- Facilitate project governance meetings, status reviews, steering committee discussions, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate with Salesforce administrators, developers, business analysts, QA teams, and external vendors for successful project execution.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years of project management experience in Salesforce implementations.
- Strong experience managing Salesforce CRM projects across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Lightning Platform.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering medium to large-scale Salesforce transformation programs.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, MuleSoft, or third-party applications.
- Knowledge of DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce release management.
- Familiarity with data governance, compliance, and security best practices within Salesforce environments.
