About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Salesforce Consultant to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions. In this role, you will architect scalable applications, mentor development teams, collaborate with global stakeholders, and drive end-to-end implementation across multiple Salesforce clouds.

This position requires a strong technical foundation, client-facing consulting skills, and experience leading offshore development teams while delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Development

1. Design, configure, and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce.
2. Develop scalable application architectures, reusable components, and trigger frameworks.
3. Design robust Salesforce data models and implement platform best practices.
4. Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica.
5. Develop solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Agentforce, Data Cloud,



and Life Sciences Cloud.

Technical Leadership

1. Lead and mentor a team of 3–6 Salesforce developers.
2. Conduct code reviews and establish engineering best practices.
3. Own technical delivery, planning, estimation, and execution from offshore teams.
4. Ensure solution quality, scalability, security, and maintainability.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

1. Participate in discovery sessions, requirement gathering, and solution workshops.
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and functional consultants.
3. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
4. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

1. Evaluate emerging Salesforce capabilities and platform enhancements.
2. Lead Proof of Concepts (POCs) and recommend innovative technical solutions.
3. Stay current with Salesforce releases, industry trends, and platform best practices.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience designing and developing Salesforce applications using:
3. Apex
4. Lightning Web Components (LWC)
5. Aura Components
6. Visualforce
7. SOQL/SOSL
8. Salesforce APIs

Experience integrating Salesforce with external enterprise applications.
10. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, and data modeling.
11. Experience leading technical teams and managing offshore delivery.
12. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
13. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
14. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or MedTech clients.
2. Exposure to Salesforce Health Cloud and Life Sciences Cloud.
3. Experience with Salesforce Agentforce and Data Cloud.
4. Knowledge of regulated environments and compliance processes.
5. Prior consulting or customer-facing implementation experience.
