The role focuses on improving product and technical competency, increasing conversion rates, and driving overall sales effectiveness. The ideal candidate will play a key role in accelerating new hire onboarding and ensuring all training initiatives are aligned with the organization’s business strategy and revenue goals.

- Strengthen Product & Technical Competency

Deliver structured training programs to improve sales teams’ understanding of electronic products, features, and technical specifications, enabling confident customer interactions

- Improve Conversion Rates

Equip sales teams with effective selling techniques, objection handling skills, and customer engagement strategies to maximize conversion opportunities

- Drive Sales Effectiveness

Enhance overall sales performance through continuous coaching, field support, and reinforcement of best sales practices

- Accelerate Recent Hire Onboarding





Design and implement fast-track onboarding programs to reduce ramp-up time and improve early-stage productivity of new sales representatives

- Align Training with Business Strategy

Ensure all training initiatives are closely aligned with organizational goals, product strategies, and revenue targets

- Conduct Training Needs Analysis

Identify skill gaps through performance data and field observations, and customize training interventions accordingly

- Deliver Engaging Training Programs

Facilitate classroom sessions, workshops, and virtual training using interactive methods such as role-plays, case studies, and simulations

- Monitor & Measure Training Effectiveness

Track key metrics such as conversion rates, sales performance, and trainee feedback to evaluate impact and continuously improve programs

Create and update training materials, product guides, and digital learning content to ensure relevance and effectiveness
