Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Staff role based in Haveli.

The Sales

Staff member will welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations for activewear, innerwear, and athleisure items. Daily responsibilities include assisting with product trials, handling billing and cash transactions, maintaining store displays, and ensuring merchandise is properly stocked and organized. The role also involves answering customer queries, sharing information about ongoing promotions, and supporting basic inventory checks.

Staff will collaborate with the store team to meet sales targets and contribute to a positive, professional store environment.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse customers in a courteous and qualified manner.
- Basic sales and retail skills, including product presentation, upselling, and handling point-of-sale transactions.
- Organizational and time-management skills to maintain store cleanliness, manage stock, and support daily store operations.
- Ability to learn product features quickly and communicate them clearly to customers, especially in the activewear and innerwear categories.
- Comfort with basic numeracy for cash handling and billing; familiarity with retail systems or POS software is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Prior experience in retail, fashion, or apparel sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum high school education or equivalent; proficiency in local languages and English is beneficial.
