Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanpur, responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting the company’s digital marketing services to prospective and existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations, and managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, responding to inquiries, and providing clear information about service offerings and pricing.

Specialist will collaborate with marketing and training teams to align sales strategies with campaigns, support client onboarding, and ensure a smooth handover to account management. This position also includes tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and contributing ideas to improve sales processes and customer experience.
