Overview

Astranova Mobility is looking for a driven and result-oriented Sales Executive to support our 3W retail business across assigned territories. The role involves generating leads, acquiring customers, supporting dealer relationships, coordinating the sales and loan process, and driving business growth while ensuring a strong customer experience.

What Youll Do:

- Drive sales and achieve monthly business targets within the assigned territor,

- Generate leads through market visits, referrals, dealer networks, and other channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, sub-dealers, and channel partners
- Handle the end-to-end customer acquisition process, from lead generation to conversion
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for loan processing, documentation, and vehicle delivery
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely documentation, onboarding, and repayment coordination




- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
- Maintain daily sales updates, lead trackers, and MIS reports
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the sales journey
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer and partner queries efficiently

What Were Looking for:

- Bachelors degree from a recognized institution
- 13 years of experience in sales, field sales, retail lending, vehicle financing, or a related industry
- Experience in 3W/EV, automotive, NBFC, fintech, or financial services will be an advantage
- Strong field sales and customer acquisition skills • Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Ability to work in a target-driven and rapid-paced environment
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently
- Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and sales reporting
