1)Positive knowledge of Lithium-ion battery operations & Application working of 3W & 2W Powertrain segments. 2) Knowledge of Lithium battery debugging issues & data logging , and vehicle specification analysis & integration.

- Lithium battery application integration:

a) Ensure that PRF(product Requisition form) must be filled appropriately as per OEM customer requirement. Verifying physically at OEM end.

b) Prototye battery testing validation at OEM End.

c)Oversee the Sample submission & sample approval at OEM end along with coordination with R&D; and OEM.

d) Complete Battery integration with application like vehicle( 3W and 2W) and ESS (Lithium Inverters)

- Deliver Training (Internal &External;): a) Deliver training programs for both OEM & Sales channel partners to enhance product knowledge and service excellence.

b) Deliver the programs of Technical Master class (TMC) on lithium ion battery aimed at enhancing technical knowledge and skills within the appl. eng. team & Service engineers.
