Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Mumbai.

The Sales

Representative will play a key role in driving sales growth by identifying potential clients, building strong relationships with customers, and providing tailored solutions for their industrial coating needs.

Responsibilities include conducting market research, reaching out to prospective clients,



preparing and delivering sales presentations, managing customer accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns. The role will require regular collaboration with internal teams and customer stakeholders to ensure alignment and success in project execution.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Sales acumen with the ability to negotiate and close deals
- Knowledge of industrial coatings or experience in the manufacturing, construction, or industrial maintenance sectors preferred
- Proficiency in market research, client targeting, and lead generation
- Organizational and time management abilities to manage accounts and meet sales deadlines
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused solutions
- Experience with sales CRM systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field
