? Position: Sales Officer – Working Capital

? CTC: Up to ₹2.80 LPA, depending on experience

? Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 6 months of sales experience in banking is mandatory.

Candidates based in Surat are preferred.

Experience in banking sales, loan sales or financial products will be an advantage.

Strong interest in field sales, business development and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and acquire current MSME customers.

Source Cash Credit (CC), Overdraft (OD) and other Working Capital facilities.

Conduct field visits and develop business through customer references and channel partners.

Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Skills

Strong communication and negotiation skills.





Willingness to undertake hardcore field sales.

Target-oriented mindset and customer acquisition ability.

Knowledge of the Surat market is an advantage.
