Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the industrial automation and control panel sector.

- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions from the company’s product portfolio (PLC Panels, MCC, PCC, Drive Panels, etc.).

- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.

- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure timely project delivery and adherence to specifications.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in coordination with management.

- Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions,



and industry events to promote products and gather market insights.

- Provide market feedback to support product development and strategic planning.

- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis on a regular basis.

- Skills/Experience

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.

Experience:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing of electrical control panels and automation products.

Technical & Skilled Skills:

- Strong technical knowledge of PLC systems, MCC/PCC panels, VFD/Drive panels, and control desk configurations.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated with a proactive, results-driven approach.

- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and proposal documentation.

- Ability to travel frequently for client meetings, business development, and exhibitions.
