Trask Industries is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to help lead and implement strategic sales initiatives.

The Sales

Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies are within budget and ensure that sales goals and objectives are met. This individual will also be responsible for marketing and advertising strategies, training and engaging sales teams, and establishing relationships with key clients. The ideal candidate for this role has demonstrated success in strategy development, customer relationship development, and account management. They will exhibit robust analytical, problem solving skills, and the ability to stay accountable to the team's goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and maximize profits.
- Communicate sales objectives and strategies to sales team and monitor performance.




- Establish strong customer relationships and develop new customer leads.
- Develop detailed plans and estimates for sales representatives and manage territory assignments
- Create, maintain, and review budgets and expenditures related to sales team.
- Monitor sales calls, making sure reps are aiming to sell the right product, using the right techniques, and respecting deadlines.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback on products, services, and trends.
- Provide training to sales team on sales techniques, company products, services, and pricing.
- Respond quickly to customers’ inquiries and concerns.
- Create and implement sales incentive programs to motivate team members.
- Work with other departments to coordinate sales and marketing activities.
