Management / Finance or Economics / Communica¢ons. MBA is an added Advantage.

Travel Requirement: Medium (Local City & Mul¢-City travel as required)

Dual-Market Strategy: Drive Revenue Growth across both B2C Retail Leads (Individual

Household Packages) and B2B Commercial Accounts (Oces, Retail Outlets, and

Corporate Facili¢es).

.

Lead Conversion & Field Sales: Supervise High-Velocity Field Sales Ac¢vi¢es for B2C

Services, ensuring Quick Response Times and High Conversion Rates on Customer

Inquiries.

Team Leadership & Coaching: Recruit, Train, Mentor, and Manage a Team of Frontline

Sales Execu¢ves and Field Agents. Conduct Regular Performance Reviews and Coaching.

Vendor & Opera¢ons Coordina¢on: Work closely with the Marke¢ng, Product, Service

Delivery and Opera¢ons teams to ensure Promised Schedules, Quality Metrics, and

Service SLAs are Strictly Maintained and the Customer Needs and Contract Commitments are Met.

Cross-Selling & Upselling: Design and Implement Strategies to Bundle Essen¢al Services.

B2B Corporate Tie-ups: Build and Maintain Long-Term Rela¢onships with Enterprise

Clients, Decision-Makers, and Key Stakeholders. Pitch Comprehensive Facility Packages to

Oce Managers,



Admins and Procurement Team to Onboard New Corporate

Clients/Oce Spaces every Month.

Revenue Growth: Plan and Execute Sales Strategies to Hit Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual

Revenue and Protability Targets.

Pipeline Management: Oversee the En¢re Sales Cycle, from Lead Genera¢on and

Prospec¢ng to Final Contract Closing and Service Delivery Handover.

Repor¢ng & Forecas¢ng: Use CRM So¢ware tools to Track Performance Metrics, Analyze

Data Trends, and Forecast Future Sales.

Requirements & Skills

.

Industry Experience: Proven track record in B2B/B2C service sales. Prior experience in companies within the Essen¢al Services Industry or Leading Pest Control/Facility

Management Firms is Highly Preferred. (Deep Industry Knowledge with Results-Oriented

Mindset)

Local Market Knowledge: Strong Understanding of the Assigned Regional Geography,

Corporate Hubs, and Local Residen¢al Complexes.

Nego¢a¢on & Pricing: Ability to Calculate Service Margins Quickly, Dra¢ Custom

Commercial Proposals, and Handle On-The-Spot Pricing Nego¢a¢ons.

Tech-Savviness: Experience using CRM, Mobile Apps for Real-Time Lead Tracking, Geo-

Tagging, and Pipeline Repor¢ng. Prociency in Data Analysis, CRM Repor¢ng, and

Strategic Sales Planning.
