Role Description The Sales Lead is a full time, on-site role based in Ernakulam, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the portfolio’s market presence. Day-to-day tasks include Grow revenue through travel-trade, corporate and direct sales.





- Build strong partnerships and develop new markets.
- Lead sales initiatives and convert enquiries into bookings.

Qualifications

- Experience in hotel or hospitality sales, preferably with corporate and travel-agent accounts.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication and the ability to present to diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on relationship building, responsiveness, and guest and partner satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities, including proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work on-site in Ernakulam, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
