Position: Sales Intern / Academic Counsellor Intern

Location: Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh (On-site)

Duration: 6 Months

Salary: ₹25,000 per month (Fixed, In-hand)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Fixed Off)

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Interns to join our team. Candidates will connect with prospective learners, understand their career goals, explain relevant upskilling programs, and guide them through the enrollment process.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students and working professionals through phone calls.
- Understand career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course features, benefits, fees, and enrollment procedures.
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.




- Maintain accurate lead information and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Build positive relationships with prospective learners and support them throughout enrollment.

Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Undergraduate students and graduates from any stream are eligible.
- Positive communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and a positive learning attitude.

Compensation and Career Growth
- Monthly Salary: ₹25,000 fixed in-hand.
- Duration: 6 months.
- Pre-Placement Offer (PPO): ₹5–8 LPA fixed, subject to performance, company evaluation, and selection criteria.
