If you have a passion for field sales, excellent communication skills, and a knack for building client relationships, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, direct field visits, and references across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

- Client Consultation: Meet prospective clients (shop owners, builders, corporate offices, factories) to understand their security needs and recommend the right solutions.

- Product Demonstration: Present and demonstrate the features, benefits, and technical specifications of our CCTV and security products.

- Deal Closure: Coordinate site surveys, prepare accurate price quotes/proposals, negotiate terms, and successfully close sales.

- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure high satisfaction,



repeat business, and referrals.

- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.

Qualifications &

Skills Required:

- Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.

- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, or corporate sales. Experience in CCTV, IT hardware, telecom, or electronics sales is highly preferred. (Ambitious freshers are also welcome to apply).

- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR setups, Biometrics, and basic networking is a strong plus.

- Communication: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Hindi (or your local language).

- Mandatory Requirement: Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) with a valid Driving License for daily field visits.

- Must possess a smartphone and have basic skills in handling Excel and WhatsApp for daily reporting.
