Home Mart is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team in Thoraipakkam, Chennai. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to achieve sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them with product selection and purchases.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and product-related queries professionally.
- Ensure proper product display, arrangement, and cleanliness of the store.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the inventory team.
- Support billing, order processing, and other store operations.
- Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and new product arrivals.
- Coordinate with the store manager to improve sales performance.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: 12th Pass / Any Degree.
- Experience: 1+ experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of retail sales and customer handling.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
- Basic computer and billing knowledge preferred.
- Tamil communication skills required; basic English preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
