We are looking for a well-presented, customer-focused Retail Sales Representative to join our team and help customers find jewellery that suits their preferences, occasions, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a warm, professional in-store experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gold, diamond, and silver jewellery.
- Explain product designs, purity, pricing, making charges, and other relevant details.
- Build solid customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Follow up with customers and assist with enquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain showroom presentation and ensure jewellery displays are neat and attractive.
