Monthly Compensation: 25K INR + 10 % Incentives of revenue or 30K + 5% Incentives of revenue

About the role

We are looking for motivated Sales Executives who are genuinely interested in astrology, gemstones, Rudraksha, temple rituals, Puja services and Indian spiritual traditions.

You will speak with customers who have already expressed interest in our services, understand their requirements, explain the appropriate offerings and guide them through the booking or purchase process.

This is a consultative sales role. We are looking for people who can build trust, communicate sensitively and help customers make informed decisions without using pressure, fear or unrealistic promises.

Key responsibilities

- Contact new and existing customer leads through phone and WhatsApp.
- Understand customers’ requirements and recommend relevant services.
- Explain astrology consultations, Nadi readings, gemstones, Rudraksha and Puja services clearly.
- Convert qualified enquiries into paid customers.
- Follow up consistently with interested and pending customers.
- Coordinate with astrologers, gemstone experts, priests and internal operations teams.
- Maintain accurate lead, follow-up and payment information in the CRM.
- Cross-sell relevant GemVedas and MandirVedas services to existing NadiVedas customers.
- Recover pending and partial payments professionally.
- Meet individual daily, weekly and monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain ethical communication and avoid guaranteed-result or fear-based claims.

Preferred experience Candidates with experience in one or more of the following will be preferred:
- Astrology-service sales
- Astrology consultations
- Gemstone or jewellery sales
- Rudraksha sales
- Puja, temple or spiritual-service coordination
- Telecalling or inside sales




- Consultative or high-value service sales
- Customer counselling or relationship management

Candidates without direct industry experience may also apply if they possess strong sales ability and a genuine interest in astrology and spiritual services.

Required skills

- Strong spoken Hindi and English
- Additional Indian languages are an advantage
- Confident phone and WhatsApp communication
- Excellent listening and follow-up skills
- Ability to explain spiritual services respectfully
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
- Basic CRM and computer proficiency
- Ability to handle objections without pressuring customers
- Strong integrity when discussing pricing, outcomes and customer expectations
