Job Summary

We are looking for a technically sound and result-oriented Sales Engineer with a background in Electrical Engineering and knowledge of PLC, SCADA, and AutoCAD. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, promoting electrical and automation products, and providing suitable techno-commercial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in electrical, industrial automation, and control systems.
- Generate leads, approach potential customers, and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Promote and sell electrical products, automation solutions, PLC, and SCADA-related systems.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, cost estimates, and techno-commercial offers.
- Conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
- Coordinate with the engineering, design, and project teams to meet customer requirements.




- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, orders, payments, and project execution.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and understand basic AutoCAD drawings.
- Maintain sales reports, customer databases, and regular follow-up records.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and expand the customer base.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, and industrial automation systems.
- Basic to working knowledge of AutoCAD and electrical drawings.
- Good understanding of electrical components, control panels, and automation solutions.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and explain product benefits to customers.
- Good customer relationship management and business development skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and preparation of sales reports.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits, meetings, and business development activities.

Educational Qualification
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering, B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent qualification.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
