We’re Hiring: Sales Engineer – Ahmedabad
HCP Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is growing, and we’re looking for a driven Sales Engineer to lead our presence in Ahmedabad.
About us: Founded in February 2024 and headquartered in JP Nagar, Bengaluru, HCP Technologies is a capital equipment supplier and OEM representation company. We represent 32+ global OEM brands across Semiconductor, Additive Manufacturing, Photonics, EMS, BESS/EV, and IoT/AI/ML. Our clients include IITs, IISc, CSIR, ISRO, and leading private manufacturers across India.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in capital equipment sales
Preferred exposure: Semiconductor, Electronics Manufacturing, EV Battery, or PCB/SMT/EMS
What you’ll do:
? Identify, generate, and qualify leads across your territory and verticals
? Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and equipment demos
? Build lasting relationships with institutional (IITs, research labs, PSUs) and private manufacturing clients
? Coordinate with global OEM principals on specifications, quotations, and support
? Manage tender documentation and institutional procurement processes
? Own the full sales cycle, from lead to order closure
? Track pipeline, forecasts, and market intelligence via CRM
? Represent HCP at trade shows and exhibitions
What we’re looking for:
1. B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electrical, or a related discipline
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
3. Willingness to travel extensively within the region
4. Based in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad
