POSITION DETAILS

JOB PURPOSE The Sales Consultant is responsible for engaging with customers to understand their mobility needs, providing expert information about available vehicles, and guiding them through the entire sales process to ensure a positive, seamless buying experience while achieving individual and dealership sales targets.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Customer Interaction

- o Greet and assist walk-in customers and respond to inquiries promptly.

- o Understand customer requirements, budget, and usage patterns to recommend suitable vehicle options.

- o Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.

1. Product Knowledge

- o Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and variants.

- o Explain financing options, insurance, accessories, and after-sales services.

- o Stay updated on new model launches, competitor offerings, and market trends.

1. Sales Process Management

- o Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to vehicle delivery.

- o Conduct test drives and negotiate pricing, trade-ins, and payment terms within company guidelines.





- o Prepare and process sales documents including invoices, registration forms, and loan paperwork.

1. Post-Sale Follow-Up

- o Coordinate with delivery and service teams to ensure smooth vehicle handover.

- o Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.

- o Address and resolve any post-purchase issues or escalate to the appropriate team.

1. Market Awareness

- o Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

- o Provide feedback to management on market demands and promotional opportunities.

- o Participate in sales campaigns, events, and lead generation activities.

1. Team & Environment

- o Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven, team-oriented environment.

- o Collaborate with colleagues to meet overall dealership sales objectives.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
