Sales Closer – Commercial Gym Equipment

About the role

Kingdom of Fitness is looking for a Sales Closer to convert customer enquiries into commercial gym equipment orders. You will speak with gym owners and other business buyers, understand their requirements, recommend suitable equipment, prepare quotations with the internal team, and follow each opportunity through order and payment.

Responsibilities

- Respond to and follow up with prospective customers by phone, WhatsApp and email.
- Understand the customer’s requirements, budget, space, purchase timeline and decision-making process.
- Recommend suitable commercial gym equipment based on the customer’s needs.
- Coordinate quotations and product information with the relevant internal teams.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Negotiate within approved pricing and discount limits.
- Follow up consistently and agree on clear next steps with each prospect.
- Maintain accurate lead, follow-up and sales records in the company CRM or tracker.




- Coordinate the customer handover after the sale.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or high-value product sales.
- Experience managing sales opportunities from first enquiry through closing.
- Clear spoken Hindi and working English.
- Good communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable using a CRM, spreadsheet or similar sales tracker.
- Able to work from the Kingdom of Fitness office/factory in Meerut.
- Experience in fitness equipment, commercial equipment, furniture, interiors, appliances or a similar product category is an advantage.

Compensation ₹25,000–₹35,000 fixed monthly salary, based on relevant experience, plus performance incentives. Incentives are subject to the company’s written sales and payout policy.
