We are hiring a Sales & Back Office Executive for ZS Garments ID Logo.

Location: Near Sagar Juice Center, Indore Salary: ₹9,000–₹12,000 per month Experience: Minimum 1 year Working Hours: 11 AM to 9 PM Job Type: Full time, Work from Office Job Responsibilities:

- Handle WhatsApp leads, customer calls and messages.
- Reply to customer queries and share product details, designs and prices.
- Follow up with customers and confirm orders.
- Manage existing customers and generate repeat orders.
- Prepare bills, invoices and quotations.
- Maintain customer records and order details in Excel.
- Manage stock, inventory and dispatch records.
- Track payments and follow up on pending payments.
- Maintain daily sales and office records.
- Prepare daily reports of leads, orders and payments.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of billing and stock management.
- Responsible and organised.

Salary increments based on performance and work responsibilities. Immediate joiners preferred.
